Hello beautiful souls, I'm Emily, an Embodiment Guide and Energy Healer living and working in Portugal. I am passionate about guiding people home to the deep wisdom of their body, their connection with nature and the spiritual fire that runs through both.
Until we experience that our body vibrates at the same frequency as nature, consists of the same matter and that natures elements flow through us; we will remain in the fear of separation, the confines of the mind and in our personal and collective suffering.
Walking the mind home to the heart, to the deep intelligence of your body and reconnecting with the innate, creative life force energy that runs through us all, is the most exquisite journey there is and I'm honoured to be your guide.
I use a variety of embodiment techniques, emotional release practises, energy work and talking space to help liberate and empower you.
